Terms of Service

By purchasing from Holocraft Store, you agree that you entered the correct Java or Bedrock username and that digital perks are attached to that account. All sales are final except where required by law.

Fulfillment Time

Digital rewards are usually delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Delivery may take up to 48 hours due to server restarts, payment review, username issues, plugin downtime, or support delays. Contact support if your order is not delivered after 48 hours.

Reward Changes

Holocraft rewards, perks, names, values, and package contents may change at any time. A package may include more perks or fewer perks in the future as the server updates, balances gameplay, fixes abuse, or changes direction.

Server Rules

VIP access, unbans, or other perks may be suspended, limited, or removed if the account breaks the latest Holocraft server rules, uses alts to evade bans, abuses support, creates security risks, or violates payment terms.

Donations

Donations are voluntary support payments and do not grant gameplay rewards unless a package clearly says otherwise at checkout.
